The Carter-Hoffmann HL1-5 - Holding Cabinet,-HL1 Series, undercounter height features welded and riveted single wall, non-insulated cabinet construction with the cabinet welded to base. Its interior is all aluminum and the exterior has double wall, insulated construction. The cabinet is equipped with 5-inch diameter swivel casters with rubber tread and two casters are fitted with brakes. The single panel tempered glass door is field reversible and set in an extruded aluminum frame. Universal wire slides are at fixed spacing of 3 inches. Its digital thermometer has a remote sensing bulb and sensing bulb protector.
