The American Metalcraft 18917SPHC Pizza Disk is 17 inches in diameter and super perforated with 550 3/8-inch holes. It is constructed of 18 gauge anodized aluminum with a hard coat for added durability and years of reliable use. It is made in the USA and is only hand washable. Manufactured from 18 gauge 1 mm aluminum, Perforated Disks can produce a more evenly baked crust by allowing for more air circulation. The edges of the disks and the edges of the holes are unfinished and may be sharp. Holes are 3/8 inches (9.5 mm) in diameter.
