Also, the metallic pan is 1-inch deep, so it's excellent for thin-crust pizza. Bake perfect pizzas with crispy crusts and ooey-gooey cheese inside this pan crafted of solid, sturdy metal. Please note that the pan has to be hand washed. 18-inch pizzas will always cook correctly in an American Metalcraft HADEP19 Pizza Pan.
