The DP-2 all-purpose electrical oven from the Hearthbake Series eliminates the idea of cooking pizza on metal pans and cooking different foods in the oven below. The 5.5-inch deck height is a great feature because it allows space to bake more goods than a pizza. Hence, pizza places that offer breadsticks with their meals may bake both at the same time in two individually controlled baking chambers. Both ovens have a 20.75-square inch Cordierite bottom, so the food bakes like a stone oven. Still, the exterior is made of metal, and the aluminized steel interior is ideal for high-heat baking. The electric 208V DP-2 oven can suit all different baking needs with two decks to use.
