A DP-2 model electric oven from the Hearthbake Series gives a double-deck oven the illusion of being a stone oven with a 20.75-square inch cordierite deck on the bottom of each one. Every bakery could use this 240V electric oven to make many baked goods within the 5.5-inch deck height. Deck ovens are no longer limited to pizza with this model. Both oven chambers are individually controlled, so two different types of food could be baking simultaneously at entirely different temperatures. Also, electronic timers provide a much easier and precise operation during the baking process. The electric oven is immensely efficient and beneficial on its 4-inch steel legs to help out any bakery double the number of products from one appliance.
