A DP-2BL model electric oven from the Hearthbake Series has a 20.75-square inch brick-lined deck on the bottom of each oven. The 208V electric oven is all-purpose, so both pizzerias and bakeries will find value in its features. The deck's 5-inch height provides the space for taller pans for muffins or other baked goods. You can bake pizzas without a pan to give it the similar crisp of a brick oven, while the exterior is entirely made of steel. The two ovens look like metal chambers on the outside. Still, the aluminized steel interior can fill it with a fiery warmth as if it was a real brick oven.
