The Bakers Pride® DP-2BL model makes food with a brick oven's baking abilities with a burning fire but is genuinely made of steel and powered by electricity. Both of the two oven chambers have a 20.75-square inch brick-lined deck in each oven surrounded by aluminized steel for high-temperature baking. Therefore, this oven model provides the same baking experience as a brick oven but is controlled in two baking chambers that could be baking different foods. The 5-inch deck height allows space for more possible baking opportunities. One oven could house a pizza while the other could house a pan of baked treats at different temperatures. It's a valuable appliance for both a pizzeria and a bakery.
