When a bakery needs multiple loaves of bread, rolls, and more daily, this oven provides the high-volume production necessary to have enough baked goods to sell. Since the product is stackable, it can save up some space in the kitchen instead of having multiple ovens. The appliance has a Stainless steel exterior with an aluminized steel interior while being fully insulated for safety. There's also dials to manually control the top and bottom heat dampers for the right amount of airflow inside the oven. A 208V electric oven functions just as properly as a gas oven, so it's an excellent product for any bakery.
