The EB Superdeck Series model EB-1-8-5736 electric oven provides more baking space than the EB-1-8-3836, so there are more possibilities of what bakers can use in this 208V oven. The single chamber for baking has a 57-inch by 36-inch steel deck, so longer pans of French bread would be able to bake appropriately inside this oven. It can reach a maximum of 550°F while also evenly baking the goods inside the chamber. Every other part of the oven is made of stainless steel and fully insulated for safety. A 60-minute timer is included with the machine to ensure that the baked goods inside is fully cooked. It then buzzes when time is up, and the pan is ready to come out of the oven.
