The EB Superdeck Series model EB-1-8-5736 electric oven gives more heating space than the EB-1-8-3836, so there are more opportunities for what pastry chefs and bakers can use in this 208V oven. The single-chamber has a 57-inch by 36-inch steel deck, so an extended pan of bread would have the option to heat properly inside this oven. It can reach a limit of 550°F while properly heating the tasty goods inside the chamber. The entire exterior of the oven is made of sturdy stainless steel and is completely insulated. An hour-long timer is incorporated with the machine to guarantee that the baking items inside will be thoroughly cooked. It sets off an alarm when time is up, and the pan of bread, rolls, or pastries ready to emerge from the oven.
