Compared to the EB-1-8-3836 model of electric ovens, the EB Superdeck Series model EB-1-8-5736 electric oven has much more space for a single deck electric oven. Thus, it's conceivable to put more sizes of pans inside this electric oven for better efficiency. The single-chamber has a 57-inch by 36-inch steel deck with the other sides made of aluminized steel.
