The EB-2-8-5736 electric oven model is a robust steel appliance from the inside out. From the moment you look at it, the stainless steel exterior shines as it stands on four steel legs to always stay in place. It has a sturdy outside, while also having 5-inch insulation to prevent burns. The flat steel baking surface is surrounded by heat-resistant 18 gauge aluminized steel to reach a maximum temperature of over 500 degrees in the interior. Since it can get that hot, a 60-minute timer is included to prevent the baked goods inside from burning if the baker loses track of time. Two ovens that are durable on both the inside and outside make up the EB-2-8-5736 electric oven model to suit any bakery's kitchen.
