The EB-2-8-5736 electric oven model is a substantial steel appliance throughout the entire device. From the second you take a gander at it, the stainless steel outside starts to gleam. It has a firm outside and 5-inch insulation between the exterior and the burning hot interior. The steel baking surface in each oven is encircled by 18-gauge aluminized steel to handle the oven's hottest temperature of 550 degrees. Since it can get that hot, an hour-long timer is incorporated to prevent the heated products from under or overcooking by chance the baker forgets to watch the clock. Two ovens that are durable on the inside and outside make up the EB-2-8-5736 electric oven model and work very well in any bakery.
