The two ovens that make up the EB-2-8-5736 electric oven have an unyielding outside and 5-inch insulation between the cool exterior and the burning hot interior. The steel baking surface in each oven is encompassed by 18-gauge aluminized steel to deal with the oven's hottest temperature of 550 degrees. An hour-long timer is included with the appliance to stop the cooked bread loaves or pastries from overcooking. By chance the baker forgets to watch the clock, the timer's alarm will sound and alert the kitchen staff that the baking cycle is over. The EB-2-8-5736 electric oven model provides two ovens in one and is sure to fit in any kitchen that needs more baking surfaces.
