The two chambers that form the EB-2-8-5736 electric oven have an unwavering outside and 5-inch protection between the cool exterior and the blazing hot interior. Each oven's steel heating surface is 18-check aluminized steel to manage the oven's most burning temperature at a maximum of 550 degrees. A 60-minute timer is incorporated with the machine to stop the dinner rolls or pastries inside the ovens from overcooking. If the kitchen staff forgets to watch the clock, an alarm will let out a loud noise to signal everyone that the baking cycle is done.
