Not only does it have a great deck height, but it also provides two 208V baking compartments. Both compartments can have different temperature settings, so many other food pans can go into one over, while a few more entire the compartment overhead. The electric oven is constructed of a stainless steel exterior with an aluminized steel, heat-resistant interior.
