The oven has a temperature range of 300 to 650°F, so it's also possible to bake a medium-sized pizza within the single-phase oven, which is useful for concession stands. Every time the 15-minute electric timer rings, a new batch of pretzels is ready to be covered in salt or smothered in cinnamon for a customer to enjoy.
