Bakers Pride Y-BL series deck gas ovens have chambers with a Cordierite brick-lined ceiling and Lightstone fibrament deck with a 7.5 IN deck height. The Independently-controlled top and bottom heat dampers ensure perfectly balanced results. This durable gas oven is constructed with heavy-duty, .25 IN angle iron frame, which is fully welded to allow for doublestacking. gas oven exteriors are made of all heavy-duty stainless steel and fully insulated for cooler outer temperatures and consistent interior temperatures.
