The Independently-controlled top and bottom heat dampers ensure perfectly balanced results. This durable gas oven is constructed with heavy-duty, .25 IN angle iron frame, which is fully welded to allow for doublestacking. gas oven exteriors are made of all heavy-duty stainless steel and fully insulated for cooler outer temperatures and consistent interior temperatures.
