Blodgett's deck oven has a stainless steel front, top, sides and back for added durability and a long service life. This unit includes a spring assisted door with concealed hinges and a heavy chrome-plated tubular steel handle. The oven has a snap action thermostat and provides temperatures between 300 and 650 degrees F for a wide range of baking needs. Main gas valve, temperature control valve and safety pilot valve are fully within the section body and are accessible through a covered and ventilated compartment in front.
