Blodgett's 911 triple deck gas oven has a stainless steel top, sides, front and back for added durability and a long service life. Doors are counterbalanced with concealed hinges for a better aesthetic. The deck gas oven is equipped with a heavy chrome plated tubular steel door handle and vitreous fiber insulation at the top, back, bottom and sides to retain temperatures and stay cool to the touch. Burner doors are easily opened for ignition, cleaning or adjustment without removing fastenings. Other features include a free-floating, easily removable duplex-tube burner and removable fixed orifices on the main and pilot burners.
