The Blodgett CTB Premium Series Replacement Base Unit Half Size Electric Convection Oven is made of durable stainless steel for a long service life. Its dual pane thermal glass window is encased in a stainless steel door frame. The oven features a single chrome plated door handle, tilt-down modular front control panel and solid mineral fiber insulation at top, back, sides and bottom. The oven's solid state thermostat has a temperature control range of 200 to 500 degrees F. Its 1/4 horsepower blower motor includes automatic thermal overload protection.
