SEFA is the premiere buying group in the industry, helping dealers increase their profits by leveraging the strength of the group to increase margins and negotiate deals. SEFA helps its members by providing support for financial services, training, marketing, operational support and now online sales. Culitrade’s strategy is to redefine e-commerce in the foodservice industry by establishing a central site that benefits SEFA’s Dealer and Supplier networks and its customers.

Expected Shipping Timelines

We do our best to confirm the order and pass it off for shipping as quickly as possible, but this can take between 1-5 days. After we confirm your order the fulfilling partner will ship it to you, and this will take a few more days, depending on the distance the product needs to travel. If your order is large and will be delivered via truck, we will work with you to plan the delivery. Because we’re trying to make sure our small business dealers get your orders, we appreciate your understanding that this process may take longer than the giant online businesses.
