This slicer has one serrated blade with adjustable cut thickness, as well as a double-sided julienne blade. One side of the julienne blade boasts 30 teeth with 3-millimeter spacing, and the other side has ten teeth with 10-millimeter spacing. Stainless steel construction also makes this slicer highly durable and easy to clean between uses.
