The Browne PC1286 - Boning Knife has a 6 inch blade for versatile cutting tasks in the back of house. It ensures a firm grip due to its ABS handle. The black knife is constructed of German stainless steel for durability and a long service life. Boning knives are distinguished by their long, thin blades that are flexible. These knives also include a sharp tip, which is used to easily pierce meat during use. The boning knife has a blade constructed to more easily cut through ligaments and connective tissue to remove raw meat from the bone.
