It is features a high carbon stain-free German steel blade that is durable, handles high volume use and ensures a long service life. The Cook's Knife has a black molded polypropylene handle that provides a comfortable and secure grip. The blister card packed knife is NSF certified for food safe use. Considered the most versatile cutting tool in the kitchen, Cook's knives perform a wide range of cutting tasks. This includes chopping, slicing and mincing produce and herbs.
