The Browne PG510 Pan Grate measures 10 inches by 5 inches for versatile use in the back of house. The pan grate is both footed for added stability and nickel plated for added durability and a long service life. Pan grates make sure that food will not adhere to steam table pan bottoms when certain foods are being contained. By raising hot items off of counters, the grate protects countertops while also ensuring airflow is enabled around the product on the grate. Grates also can be used as cooling racks for baked goods or to help drain grease and liquid from products that are fried.
