The Browne SOM15 - Grill/Oven Mitt measures 15 inches long for added protection and versatile use in a wide range of applications. It protects hands from temperatures up to 200 degrees F. The miss is made of cotton with a silicone coating for added protection. The main objective of using oven mitts and gloves is to protect the cook's hands from extreme temperatures that are encountered in the back of house. It is used in conjunction with oven cooking, frying and other similar cooking tasks. This mitt is flame retardant for use with grills and over flame.
