If you want a convection oven but don't have a lot of space on your food truck or cafeteria, the Quarter Size Manual Convection Oven is small enough to fit the space. The three shelves with 2 1/2-inches in-between allows the oven to multitask if multiple items need to be toasted or baked at the same temperature. Slices of bread, bagels, and more are able to fit in one convection oven to save time and allow orders to be finished faster. Every time it's done toasting, a buzzer goes off to easily alert workers that the items inside are baked to the precise temperature. The Quarter Size Manual Convection Oven has a range of 175-500 degrees, so it should mainly be used for toasting or baking small items.
