Cambro’s full size lid is designed with a molded-in polyurethane gasket to grip the side of the food pan. This will seal in freshness and eliminate the threat of messes and waste, while improving employee safety. Due to the lid’s tight fit, splashes are reduced during transport. Its clear color allows for enhanced product visibility, which means handling is reduced as well as the risk of cross contamination. The seal cover features a thumb tab on all ends, which facilitates easier removal of food pans. The lid conveniently stacks for both storage and transport. It measures 12 ¾ inches in width and 20 7/8 inches in length. It can handle temperatures from -40 to 210 degrees F, making it ideal for storing product prior to use.
