It is equipped with a convenient finger notch for easier placement in the bottom of existing full size food pans. The drain shelf’s sturdy feet elevate it from the pan’s bottom, ensuring food quality is retained. Constructed of virtually unbreakable polypropylene, it is shatter and scratch resistant for a long service life.
