This 2 ½-inch deep clear full size polycarbonate food pan from Cambro is see-through for full on viewing. Constructed of durable polycarbonate, it is built to handle temperatures from -40 to 210 degrees F, making it versatile for a variety of products. Because it won't crack, bend or dent, the pan can be used in busy environments and provide a long service life. The same pan can be used for storing, transporting and serving products. A smooth fit in prep tables in facilitated by the pan’s uniform ½-inch flange. It has a textured bottom that resists scratching and an interior that is non-stick and smooth for easier cleaning and increasing yields.
