Cambro’s 2 ½-inch deep full size food pan provides added efficiency and ensures food safety. Made of white polycarbonate, it is virtually unbreakable and won’t crack, bend or dent. It can handle temperatures from -40 to 210 degrees F and be used to store, transport and serve food. Its white color is neutral and has a clean look. Convenient molded-in graduations in standard and metric measurements facilitate easy inventory management. The food pan has a ½-inch uniform flange to fit easily in prep tables and food bars. Its textured bottom resists scratching, while a smooth, non-stick interior is easily cleaned and increases yields. The food pan also features a large radius bottom that minimizes food waste.
