This amber 2 ½-inch deep, full size high heat plastic food pan from Cambro holds high heat and freezing foods in any commercial kitchen. It is constructed of strong, durable materials to withstand extreme temperatures from -40 to 375 degrees F and built to maintain food's temperature after it's taken out of the oven or freezer. This high heat food pan’s non-stick smooth interior surface not only increases yields but also is easy to clean. To facilitate efficient storage and transport and create more usable space, the pan can stack with similar items without wedging or sticking.
