Cambro’s clear 4-inch deep full size polycarbonate food pan can handle temperatures from -40 to 210 degrees F. Due to its virtually-unbreakable polycarbonate construction, it won’t crack, bend or dent. The food pan can be used to store, transport and serve food and is reliable for years of use. Its clear color provides easy viewing of the pan’s contents, while molded-in graduations in standard and metric measurements simplify inventory management. A secure fit in both prep tables and food bars is ensured with the uniform ½-inch flange. While the interior surface is smooth for easy cleaning, the textured bottom resists scratching. The pans stack neatly with no wedging or sticking to other pans for convenient storage.
