It is versatile to withstand temperatures from -40 to 210 degrees F. With virtually-unbreakable polycarbonate construction, the food pan can provide years of reliable use in tough commercial kitchens. The pan won't react to food, minimizing the risk of a potentially hazardous chemical or acidic reaction, and it keeps product as cold as stainless steel pans, with less condensation.
