Freshly cleaned fruits and vegetables can be safely stored out of residual water with Cambro’s ½ size long drain shelf. With its traditional clear color, this drain shelf complements a variety of operations, including restaurants, pizzerias and catered events. The convenient finger notch allows the drain shelf to be placed in the bottom of existing 1/2 size long food pan with ease. It is equipped with sturdy feet to elevate the shelf from the bottom of the pan, keeping product out of juices to preserve freshness and food quality. Withstanding heavy-volume use, the drain shelf is constructed of virtually unbreakable polycarbonate to be shatter and scratch resistant for a long service life. It handles temperatures from -40 to 210 degrees F for added versatility.
