Cambro’s ½ size translucent drain shelf stores freshly cleaned fruits and vegetables out of the residual water. It’s constructed of polypropylene that is virtually unbreakable as well as shatter- and scratch-resistant. It supports a food pan's contents, while allowing enough room for drainage. It can be used in a variety of operations, including restaurants, pizzerias and catered events. It is equipped with a finger notch to place it in the bottom of existing 1/2 size food pan with ease. The drain shelf’s sturdy feet elevate it from the bottom of the pan, keeping product out of juices to preserve freshness and food quality. It is designed to withstand temperatures from -40 to 210 degrees F.
