This 2 ½-inch deep white food pan from Cambro is constructed of polycarbonate to be virtually unbreakable. Ensuring efficiency while increasing food safety, the food pan handles temperatures from -40 to 210 degrees F. Designed to last even in the toughest commercial kitchens, this pan won't crack, bend or dent. It can be used to store, transport and serve. Its bright white coloring offers a crisp, clean look, while molded-in graduations in standard and metric measurements facilitate easy inventory management. A uniform ½-inch flange provides a smooth fit in prep tables and food bars while a textured bottom resists scratching.
