Cambro’s 6.3-quart 4-inch deep clear 1/2 size polycarbonate food pan withstands temperatures from -40 to 210 degrees F. Its polycarbonate construction is virtually unbreakable, won’t crack, bend or dent and easy to see through. It provides flexible use to store, transport, and serve all from the same pan. Molded-in graduations in standard and metric measurements facilitate easy inventory management. A smooth fit in prep tables and food bars is no problem due to the ½-inch flange. The food pan’s bottom is textured to resist scratching, while its non-stick interior is easy to clean and provides increased yields. The large radius bottom limits food waste.
