This 4-inch deep white 1/2 size polycarbonate food pan from Cambro won’t crack, bend or dent. Constructed of sturdy and virtually unbreakable polycarbonate, it can withstand temperatures from -40 to 210 degrees F. The ½-inch uniform flange ensures a smooth fit in both prep tables and food bars. Scratching is not an issue due to the textured bottom. The pan can store, transport and serve. Its bright white coloring offers a crisp, clean look, while molded-in graduations in standard and metric measurements promote easy inventory management.
