Cambro’s 4-inch deep clear long 1/2 size polycarbonate food pan ensures efficiency, while also increasing food safety. It can easily handle temperatures from -40 to 210 degrees F. Made of virtually-unbreakable polycarbonate, this food pan is designed to last even in the toughest commercial kitchens without cracking, bending or denting. Designed to store, transport and serve in the same pan, the pan features molded-in graduations in standard and metric measurements promote easy inventory management. It has a uniform ½-inch flange for a smooth fit in prep tables and food bars. While the textured bottom resists scratching, its interior surface is non-stick for easy cleaning and increased yields. The bottom has a large radius to limit food waste. When not in use the pan stacks neatly without wedging.
