Cambro’s 5.3-quart, 4-inch deep, ½ size long food pan is made of virtually unbreakable polycarbonate for a long, reliable service life. Designed for efficiency and increased food safety, the white food pan is built to withstand temperatures from -40 to 210 degrees F. It can be used in high-volume kitchens and take the abuse without cracking, bending or denting. Store, transport and serve from one pan that has bright white coloring for a crisp, clean appearance. It also is equipped with molded-in graduations in standard and metric measurements for easy inventory management. The pan’s uniform ½-inch flange facilitates a smooth fit in prep tables and food bars. It also features a textured bottom that resists scratching and has a large radius to limit food waste.
