Food is kept secure and fresh in Cambro’s deep translucent ½ size 4-inch deep food pan, equipped with a seal cover. Constructed of polypropylene, this item is geared for high-volume use. It includes three stackable food pans and three seal covers for added versatility. The three included covers offer both an inner and outer seal to drastically reduce spills. The seal cover also features a square indent for stable stacking as well as thumb tabs for easy removal when the time comes to cook. The containers feature a uniform ½-inch outside rim that ensures a smooth fit into prep tables, food bars and vending carts. The food pans can be used in a wide range of applications and withstand a temperature range of -40 to 160 degrees F.
