This clear 5-inch deep polycarbonate colander pan from Cambro easily slips into 6-inch deep and deeper 1/2 size food pans. This allows convenient rinsing, draining and storing of contents all in one pan. Safely and easily drain fruits and vegetables, thaw meat or poultry, or store seafood on ice as liquids drain directly into the food pan below for enhanced food quality and reduced handling. Measuring 10 7/16 inches wide and 12 ¾ inches long, this 5-inch deep 1/2 size food pan colander simply lifts out of the food pan for safe and quick disposal of liquids as needed. It is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning with minimal labor. The colander pan also is NSF listed and can be used in the freezer.
