This white Cambro 1/2 size 6-inch deep ABS plastic pan needs no ice to keep contents chilled at or below HACCP guidelines at 41 degrees F. High-impact ABS shells and a sanitary seal keep a non-toxic FDA approved gel inside to help keep pan contents out of the temperature danger zone for up to eight hours. It can be used for holding condiments, such as dressings, dips and salsas. The pan also can replace standard 1/3 size pans in front-of-the-house buffet or back-of-the house prep area and is capable for use with direct food contact, making it a great option for holding salads, vegetables, butter pats and creamers. These food pans are easy to clean for added convenience and neatly stack without wedging or sticking during both freezing and storage.
