This 9.4-quart ½ size polycarbonate food pan from Cambro is 6-inches deep and clear in color to provide visibility to its contents. Handling temperatures from -40 to 210 degrees F, the pan ensures a long service life in busy kitchens due to its virtually-unbreakable polycarbonate construction. This is heavy duty, and won’t crack, bend or dent with heavy use. Store, transport and serve easily and efficiently using a single pan. Inventory management is simplified by the food pan’s molded in graduations. A uniform fit in prep tables and food bars is facilitated with a ½-inch flange. Cleaning is easy and yields are increased due to the non-stick smooth interior, while the large radius bottom helps limit food waste. Storage is not a problem, as the pan stacks neatly without wedging.
