Cambro’s 6-inch deep, 1/2 size high heat plastic food pan is built with strong, durable materials to withstand extreme temperatures from -40 to 375 degrees F. Food temperature is easily maintained after the pan is removed from the oven or freezer. With a 9.4-quart capacity, the pan measures 12 ¾ inches long and 10 7/16 inches wide. The non-stick smooth interior surface increases yields and promotes easy cleaning. To aid in storage, transport, and create more usable space, this pan will even stack with similar items without wedging or sticking. It can be used in the microwave and freezer and is easily cleaned in the dishwasher, minimizing labor. The rectangular pan is NSF-listed and constructed of high heat plastic for many years of use.
