The 8-inch deep clear 1/2 size polycarbonate food pan from Cambro is built for food safety and added efficiency. It can easily withstand temperatures from -40 to 210 degrees F. Added durability is ensured with virtually-unbreakable polycarbonate construction for a longer service life in busy kitchens. The pan won’t crack, bend or dent when used to store, transport and serve food. It’s clear for easier viewing of the contents as well as easy in refilling. Inventory management is simplified with the pan’s molded-in graduations in standard and metric measurements. A smooth fit in food bars and prep tables is facilitated with the uniform ½-inch flange. Scratching is not a problem, as the pan has a textured bottom. Cleaning is easier due to a non-stick, smooth interior, which also increases yields.
