Cambro’s 1/3 size lid helps keep in freshness and control messes. It is designed with a molded-in polyurethane gasket that grips the side of the food pan to help reduce spills during transport. This not only improves employee safety, but also reduces waste. The lid’s tight fit reduces splashing and prevents lids from popping off during transport to off-site locations. Its clear color allows for enhanced product visibility, which reduces the necessity of handling and lowers the risk of cross contamination. A thumb tab is on all ends, precipitating easy removal from food pans. The lid conveniently stacks for storage when not in use. It provides versatility for many applications, withstanding temperatures from -40 to 210 degrees F.
